Deb Mollen has 42 years’ experience in the worker’s compensation industry. She started her career at the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, spending approximately 10 years performing a variety of job duties and ending as a Claims Examiner. From there, she worked for Loss Control Systems/Sheakley UniService,  representing employers at workers’ compensation and unemployment hearings. Deb provided risk and claims management for both state fund and self-insured employers regarding their workers’ compensation program, performing drug training as well as general workers’ compensation training.  She was employed with Medical Evaluators, an independent medical facility. Deb oversaw the office, scheduling, quality assurance, doctor, and client satisfaction.  She also has experience working for HCR Manor Care as a Claims Examiner. Currently, Deb is employed with CompManagement/Sedgwick as a Hearing Representative, once again representing employers at workers’ compensation hearings.
